Refund Policy
Effective November 4, 2026
This page covers refunds for paid plans and word packs on Less AI. The free rewrites cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund there. See Pricing for what each product includes.
The rule
If you ask within 7 days of your first purchase and have used fewer than 2,000 words, we refund the purchase in full, no questions asked.
What counts as used
- Words used are the words in the texts you sent for rewriting, taken from your plan words first and then from a word pack.
- A rewrite that failed does not count, because nothing is taken when it fails.
How to ask
- Email support@lessai.net from the address you signed in with.
- Say which purchase you want refunded. A plan name and the purchase date are enough.
- We refund through the payment provider that took the payment. The time it takes to reach you depends on your bank or card.
Outside the rule
The rule above applies to your first purchase. After the 7 days, or after you have used 2,000 words or more, we do not owe a refund under this policy. You can still cancel a plan at any time and keep it until the end of the period you paid for. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
