Acceptable Use Policy

What you may not do

• Create or polish content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful or sexually explicit involving minors.
• Produce spam, phishing or scam messages.
• Send text that you have no right to send, including confidential or personal information you may not share with a third-party AI provider.
• Get around the limits below, for example by clearing cookies, switching networks, or making several accounts to get more free rewrites.
• Call the service with scripts, bulk requests or other automated means.
• Probe, overload or attack the service or its providers.

The limits we run

• Free rewrites. 3 in total, each up to 500 words. A free rewrite counts against your device, your network (a salted hash of your IP address) and, if you are signed in, your account. When any of them reaches 3, free rewrites stop.
• Size of one rewrite. Up to 500 words when free and up to 3,000 words on a paid plan or word pack. Writing samples are limited to 400 words in total.
• Daily cost cap. Each rewrite calls a paid AI model, so we cap the total daily cost of free rewrites. When the cap is reached, free rewrites pause until the next UTC day. Paid rewrites are not affected. The pattern check keeps working.

What we can do

We can refuse a request, and we can suspend or delete an account that breaks this policy or abuses the limits above. We do not review the text you send, so we act on how the service is used, not on what you write.
